Don't like info repeated through speaker..confidently issue..everything written on the paper no need to repeat it. Also don't like that they hold payroll checks and my other bank only waits two days to clear regardless. I've been banking here ten years same employer looking to change because of this issue.

Great customer service.!! Reggie is outstanding.!! In response to the guy that says they treat members better than non-members and they made him go inside, that's the policy with all credit unions. They do the same thing at Genco....Banks make you go inside and give a thumbprint if you dont have an account with them, as scammers keep getting more sophisticated, so do banks and credit unions.

Great place with the most friendly staff! Moved to South Tx and took Southland with me. I just had too! 😊

Southland Federal is a co-op shared branch with my credit union been banking at SFCU since 2014 or so yet they treat non members differently when it comes to making a deposit you can't use the drive through and you have to go inside to do business they ask for the same credentials inside than they do outside using the drive through what the point

I really appreciate this bank. They are very helpful and understanding and they are willing to work with you on any problem you may have. Caycee in particular and Ms. Kathy are always there to lend a helping hand and Britney is also a godsend. The only thing I don't like is them saying what business you want to transact through the loudspeaker at the drive through. Sometimes it is so loud that I feel others can hear and that makes me slightly uncomfortable.

Disgusting display of customer service. I have been trying to get the title for my car for 4 months. I have left numerous messages and have gotten no call back. Take your money elsewhere.

This is the BEST Credit Union in Lufkin, TX. They are the most friendliest staff that anyone can have. I have been with them since '14 and I hope that we will have many more years together. If you are looking for a place to bank with, I will recommend them!!!
