I have banked with LFCU for a few years now. The service has always been good and the loans are great. The interest rates are low compared to traditional banks and my loan officer Sherry gets an A+++ for putting things together for me.
Thank you! We try and hit the mark with each transaction and so happy to hear that Sherry gets a A+++. She tries to meet the Members needs/wants with each loan.

This bank sucks the are not helpful at all the want you to do all the leg work and then say it your fault they did do the job and get in contact with the with or even call the people they are supposed to and blame everything on you! And tries to tell you how to set your loan payment instead of just doing what you ask I can’t wait to get reed of them

This has to be the rudest company that I have had to ever deal with especially for a bank. I would excpect as a customer to be greeted with a smile and a hello ECT... No, they treat you like you would expect to be treated at the DMV office. My last visit the clerk never said hello or anything as I made a deposit. I had to talk with one loan officer and this individual was by far the rudest person I have had to sit down with as a customer. Dont get me wrong, there are some but very few friendly staff but as a whole they are two thumbs down. Was not suprised to see more negative reviews before making mine. I will be withdrawing my money soon and switching banks. I do not recomend banking with this establishment.

People work work here are helpful and polite. Ive noticed a few things that are quite bothersome when it comes to the online banking but overall its a great bank.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist. I only had to wait a short time for my loan officer (Sherry). She was able to help me with my loan needs in a fast and professional manner. I would do business with them again.

Made up a credit score that was 60 points lower than any of the three credit reporting companies after I opened a savings account for the expressed purpose of trying to get a loan. These people either A) Don't know what they are doing and are somehow able to get away with it or B) Don't care about doing their job correctly and are somehow able to get away with it. I don't know about any of the other credit unions, but I would not recommend this organization.

The Customer Service is just AWFUL!!! I am going to be changing my bank ASAP!!!! They are very RUDE!!! Brandon was the most helpful and Ashley. Jessica is just rude and act as if she doesn't want to help anyone with anything!! PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER BANK!!!!
