Angela was my sales Representative and she did EVERYTHING with a Smile on her face !!! She was so patient kind and a very good listener!!! Manger Steve also gave me the best customer service by explaining my Plan and my payments clear enough for me to totally understand! I am so happy and thankful for Southfield Quality Cars !! I have a NEW JEEP !!

Please Read!!! Originally I was happy with the sells experience everyone is very polite BUT Southfield Quality sold me a beautiful LEMON! 2 1/2 weeks after purchasing the car it began having issues. The only solution I was offered was use my warranty. I went to the mechanic they recommended (Alpha Auto Repair 8mile) and it became a routine monthly visit getting this car repaired. The car had multiple issues. After speaking to Mark multiple times via phone & person, and Steve (supervisor) via phone NO SOLUTION!! All I keep hearing is use your warranty (which is $100 deductible every time)!As a buyer do yourself a favor & shop around because it’s terrible feeling like you’ve been played and wasted your hard earned money! ** had the car now 6 months, it’s been repaired over 9x .. I have receipts & no means to lie. All I wanted was a quality car 🤷🏾‍♀️

This car's mileage was 20-30,000 miles less than anything I saw listed anywhere for this model year, only 41,000. It's been almost a yr and I'm so so happy I bought my used car here. If I could give this place zero stars I would! As a customer of this place I advise that you to tread lightly with them. I purchased a car from them and less than a month later my transmission was leaking. They sent me to their mechanic up the street which didn't do much and sooner than later my transmission went out. Not only that they put the car in my mothers name which had nothing to do with the loan. Put my cosigner as my primary and had trouble every since still paying a lemon off now.

This dealership has one of the most caring and compassionate owners that really cares about his customers and his community. It was a pleasure to work with Southfield Quality Cars and I would recommend putting your trust in his staff to take care of you.
