AMENDED: Nadine read my review and called me back within minutes. She helped me with my issue and I'm very grateful to her excellent customer service. Original: I have questions about my accout and it's Saturday morning. Unfortunately, when I called the toll free number I was surprised to hear a message telling me it's after hours. How do you manage a large financial institution and NOT have some after normal business hours availability in 2022? I would think that as a clearinghouse for other credit unions they would have better customer service.

I visited the Oak Park location for the first time. Brandy D. was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. She addressed all of my concerns which prevented me from having to leave the line to speak with a customer service rep. Thank you for excellent “customer service”.

After 2 years with PSCU I am just found out they put a FOUR day hold on my paychecks. Guess I'm staying broke this weekend, even though I just deposited a paycheck. If you don't have lots of savings on hand please use a different bank to cash checks.

I love the shared services! It helps that I now have a PSCU acct! Love the new location, though it's further away from me😊

Customer service is outstanding the locations of branches take your diverse members in account I'm a long time member and I won't be going anywhere anytime soon special credit goes to branch manager Marianne

Very poor location. Drive thru atm takes you to a fast cash screen even when you don’t press fast cash, and by the time ya realize it, it’s already spit a different denomination of cash out than you came for, and locked you out of any future withdrawals as an ill-executed safety feature. Pretty big deal for a cane user such as myself, wasn’t impressed.

Marianne and the entire team at PSCU in Oak Park are the greatest. Friendly and prompt - they carry customer service to the next level. All financial institutions can learn from this group. KUDOS!

First of all the building is new, inviting and welcoming to all who enter in it. It is further managed by a client friendly, problem solving, understanding person. Tellers smiling always ready to serve.
