I'm a real estate agent and I've used many title companies, and I can say with surety, Brent Griffith at Southern Utah Title is awesome! Because of a scheduling issue my clients were having a problem meeting to sign on their new home. Brent went above and beyond his duty and met my clients at their place of work so they could sign paperwork. He was very professional, had great communication, and helped my clients when scheduling issues came up. As a broker for over 35 years and in this case a buyer, the buyin/closing process was the worse I've experienced. Costumer service is lacking. Delays in call backs, difficult to reach, in my case the office is on the third floor of a building with a parking garage which is difficult and time consuming to get into and attention to detail in keeping me informed.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Brent! He was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend Southern Utah title to anyone!

A very friendly and professional staff that takes care of all their clients title needs. For those concerned about the pandemic they do have safety protocols (such as masks). They have good people at all their locations, would recommend to anyone looking for a title service.

This company is very unorganized and did not help at all with the closing process. I am not sure if they even looked at the paperwork before signing and it has cost me nothing but fees right and left. Definitely the worst title company I have dealt with.
