I was disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. They wanted me to fed ex documents but unfortunately where I live there is no fed ex drop box, so I priority mailed the documents. When Infinity Title found out that I mailed it they were not happy and made me feel like I did wrong. Then upon closing they did not get documents right. The final disbursements were wrong and they made me collect from the buyer the difference. Make sure you check there paperwork. This does not seem to be the way a title company should work. I have worked with several title companies in the past, I would not recommend using there services.

Closing with Jared at Infinity Title was very smooth, quick, and efficient. The communication was great, and he explained everything real well. He made sure we did all that we could ahead of time to speed up the process. Infinity's office was a nice place to be, and they were all very polite.

Infinity Title is great! They made the process easy and were helpful every step of the way. They explained processes and costs when I didn't understand (and didn't make me feel like I should just know if I didn't understand something). I would definitely use them again if buying another home.
