Eagle Gate was great to work with. They have information on a variety of Home Warranty options. They worked well with our other title company from the sale of our previous property. We would recommend and use them again.

Staff was pleasant and setting was both professional and comfortable. Document signing at closing went very quickly, but there was not in depth review and explanation without questions to prompt it. Funding was taken care of quickly. Overall, very happy with the service and outcome.

Title Insurance company was professional and answered any questions quickly that we had. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that our Realtor knew my wife was deaf and didn't schedule an interpreter to be there for her. I don't fault the closing agency as they probably didn't know but still any company should always ask if we have any special requirements such as a blind reader, interpreter, wheelchair access, etc.
