Very frustrated. Wanted time to speak with Becky about investment options-but she insisted on working with her assistant to submit documents for a pre-approval. Insisted I talk with her and make sure that we’re doing the right options but she continued to persist that I submit documents on the preapproval process. So I spent a week and a half contacting financial advisors and insurance agents to get all of the myriad of documents she was requesting, and then when we finally talked she told me she could not finance a short term investment option. I told her very politely that next time she sends a potential client doing a bunch of wild goose-chasing that she spend time interviewing and discussing the needs first. I would strongly recommend that you have an appointment with her before you do any work on your own. A lot of wasted time

I had the opportunity of using sun American mortgage for my home loan procedure for my new home build. The builders I was using offered some extra things if I went with there "preferred lender" this is the reason why I used sun American mortgage. The person I worked with was Becky Staples, and her team. Becky did a pretty decent job on the loan end of things, but when it came to any type of conversation (Never met becky in person everything was dealt through email, text,and phone calls due to covid) she ALWAYS had an attitude her team included! Becky just gives off this super fake vibe she just wants to get to the point of what she needs to talk to you about and not answer any questions without any type of attitude or rudeness when it came to any of my questions or concerns. Her assistant Rebecca was equally the same way just super irritated and rude when it came to any type of questions I wouldn't recommend using Sun America unless you're getting some type of incentive out of it with your builders like the situation I had Id suggest staying away from Becky and her team if you do end up using sun America just because she's a really fake person and has a ton of attitude and rudeness when it comes to conversations.

I just closed on the third loan I've done with Becky at the Staples group. She and her team make it so easy! I highly recommend this great company when you need a mortgage loan!
