I have bought two different items that did not work right one was a generator it had carburetor problems. I thought it was an honest mistake then. Now I wonder. And I bought a staple gun; it would not hold air so they gave me store credit for the nail gun. But I bought a DeWalt corded saw about a year ago that did work good so I will give them that because I am honest, but my opinion is they are very bad people because no matter what if you need them to work with you they will tell you their hands are tired. This is coming from a respectable business owner, Jason James Paul Flowers. Actually one of the people that left a five star worked for me and the way he was talking he doesn't like them anymore and he might be changing it.

I think southern ohio pawn owners are the most unamerican, most lowlife people there is in business. They rob and steal anything they can from the honest american.

Sold me a cross bow that fell apart the first time I shot it, the part the held the string to one side of the bow came off. There was electrical tape and glue underneath it, someone had jerry-rigged it to sell. Southern Ohio Gold and Silver told me unless I could find the whole piece and bring it back in (impossible, as I said, it flew apart all over my garage) they couldn't do anything.

They got me in and out within 10 mins and gave me exactly the amount I wanted for my belongings. Good service guys.

Walk in and you will be taken back by the total disorder. This pawn shop, gold buying and selling pawned items shop looks more like a total mess. I think this shop looks just like those horrible looking pawn stores portrayed in tv shows.

These gentlemen are the kindest people i have ever met at a pawn shop. They were able to help me out in a pinch and were very understanding. This is a laid back location and if you ever have questions about anything, I would recommend talking to this place. They will be able to help you the best way they know how.

Always great service! The guys that work there are very friendly, helpful, and they always do whatever they can to help someone out! This the only place I go to! I'd never go elsewhere!
