Morgan Cody is great to work with for new purchase loans & refinancing!! It's amazing to have a lender who cares so much for their clients during the home buying process!

I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this bank for a mortgage loan.. They will take you directly to hell and back over and over again.They will tell you that everything is completed and will turn around and and have you doing or asking for more of this or that!! My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. And their communications skills are horrible among each other and to their clients. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU GO TO A RELIABLE BANK THAT'S MORE EXPERIENCED AND ORGANIZED

The Amelia branch is so convenient and the staff is always so helpful! I love how quick and easy my experience always is in the drive-thru

River Hills is the most primitive bank I’ve ever not had the pleasure of doing business with. You better hope whatever issue you have is between 9am-5pm. This is 2021 River Hills! Get with the program or shut it down!

They don't deserve the one star. I just changed banks after having an account with this bank since 1997. They state that they want to know the costomer, but when I called with an issue ( requested a bank new bank card after waiting 14 days, I called and they said it would be another 6) the only comment was sorry. And I stated that it was time to change banks and the manager just said okey dokey, have a good day. I am really disappointed that after being a customer for over 20 years. That they really care less about there getting personal with their customers. Small town bank is going to be a non existant small town bank if they don't learn customer service skills.

I choose RHB after calling them inquiring about a business acct. The initial young lady I spoke with was friendly, and informative. A bit later I spoke with Tammy, and we setup an appt for me to go in and get everything going. She to was informative, friendly, professional and welcoming. The process was thorough, but simple. I very much look forward to my future dealings with RiverHills Bank in Amelia.

Terrible bank. We put money in a savings account for our son. We went to add money and they drew 5 dollars every month because we didn't use the account enough.

Slowest bank I've ever been to. Waited fifteen minutes for a roll of quarters. Didn't even get the quarters I left and went to Chase down the street took them 45 seconds. I'm definitely switching to Chase.

My house payment jumped up over $300 a month Out of the blue after 2 years of paying the same amount with no notice. Their excuse was we miscalculated your property tax that’s a part of your payment. So I went to the property tax office to see how my property tax went up almost $3800 a year. It didn’t. It went up $400 a year so how river hills came up with this bs is beyond me and here I am stuck paying this huge house payment with no rhyme or reason

they don't take care of their customers and hold their money for multiple days when you instantly deposit to the account. worst bank experience I've ever had.
