I got into a bind and decided Eagle finance. I am so grateful for them and their willingness to help out when I needed it. I went to Eagle Finance years ago (Florence) location. I had some problems paying them back and they garnished my wages. Yikes! I got out of that finance trouble with my bank thank god. Fast forward a few years later I went back to Eagle Finance (Alexandria) location and they decided to give me a second chance. They helped me out with a vacation loan when no one else would. They also refinanced my loan and have me more money for an emergency situation. I wish I had come to the Alexandria location years ago. The people there are very nice and they actually mage you feel welcome and to have you as a customer. The branch manager Malinda is the one who gave me my loan. Anyone looking to get out of financial trouble or just need a loan for vacation or other needs Eagle Finance Alexandria is the place to go. Also, they have affordable monthly payment.

Wonderful experience! Applied and received a callback the very next morning, and was approved within hours. Once I came in to retrieve loan the entire staff was welcoming and kind. I even had to reschedule a couple times and they were more than accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

I've had a couple loans threw them over the years. The staff are the nicest, most patient and accommodating people you'd ever meet. I have social anxiety, especially when it comes to matters of money, but they always put me at ease and make me feel comfortable.

Kind of disappointed in Eagle Finance. I just recently moved out here for a brand new job. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected car repair come up. I'm currently using my mothers car because of my poor credit and I can't obtain my own. I don't get paid again for another 2-weeks and saw Eagle Finance was really great with helping people and took it upon myself to reach out to them because I'm literally absolutely desperate and loved the fact that they said "Loans to people...not credit scores." I honestly thought I had a chance at being approved for a loan. I was wrong. Because I've literally only lived here a month and only am at my current job for a month and because I have too many accounts open on my credit (which are mainly student loans that are current) they denied me. I was honestly, trying to avoid using the "Payday loan route" but it seems I'm going to have to go that route. They were really friendly though, so I do appreciate that. I just wish they would give some type of heads up regarding what qualifications you must meet before you apply so you can avoid a hit to your credit score.

I love the opportunity I have with Eagle when I needed extra cash. The payments are low & I'm able to budget with my income. The staff goes above & beyond to help you & are so very friendly! I would definitely recommend this place!

They are really a good company they have help me out with getting money so I could have heat and pay bills off after my dad died . My dad came here also he like it to .I am glad they are here because without them I don't know what I would have done when I was startingon my own.

I would not give them any rating, I am my 78 year old mothers caregiver. She went here and they gave her a loan, had they bothered to check any credit they would surely have not done that . They used her title for collateral she has paid the loan off and has been trying to get the title released for almost a month now. I do not feel they were helpful in getting this problem resolved and luckily my mother will never be able to use their services again.
