I absolutely love fine quality jewelry I have purchased beautiful pieces at the Milford store as well as brought some items in for repair. Mile K. has been there almost every time and gone above and beyond to help me. I've had my jewelry sized and even cleaned. I think these days there is a real problem with quality customer service and care. But not with Mike and the staff in Milford. His knowledge and craftsmanship is evident and I am truly thankful and a lifelong customer! I even bring my best friend and son in to shop for great quality and PRiCE items!! Thank you Mike for helping me find the most beautiful pieces. I love to sparkle!

I can’t believe the experience that I had here. I walked in with my brother, who was getting his rings cleaned and picking up a ring. Mike did a wonderful job, polishing my silver rings and he even fixed the bent ones. These rings looked brand new by the time he was finished with them. I never thought my silver could look so good. I highly recommend everyone go here to get their jewelry done. Mike did a fantastic job!

Went in today to get my 5 rings cleaned before my wedding, and they have never looked better! Mike explained everything he was going to do before he did it, while also being kind, attentive, and thorough. He not only cleaned and polished my rings, but also made them round again and fixed the prongs around the stones - all for free. I will absolutely be back.

Visited Milford location to have my wedding ring repaired after mishaps in repair with another jeweler. Mike greeted me and quickly realized what needed to be done to fix my wedding ring. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I was so pleased with the customer care I received that I found a beautiful 3 stone ring in the case and decided to purchase and he gave me an amazing deal on a Leo diamond ring. I give this place five stars because my fiancé and I went in to have my engagement ring cleaned, which is very old (it’s a family heirloom), and Mike K. not only cleaned it but polished and fixed it. He did a phenomenal job and if you ever need a piece of jewelry cleaned, polished, and/or fixed I highly recommend you go to this place and see Mike!

Mike k. At Milford went above and beyond for me he has great customer service and will be my go to guy forever. They sized my new 10 year anniversary band and then soldered it to my existing set which made me so happy because the place we bought it wanted me to send it out and it would be 3-4 weeks before I got it back! They done it within a couple hours. So thank you so much for making it such a easy process and I didn’t have to be without my precious rings for that long. Mike gave me TOP SHELF customer service! He continually offers me fair prices on Tiffany jewelry and even calls when new merchandise comes in… Then while I wait, he polishes and shines up my current jewelry and I leave shining like the Chrysler Building! He also custom makes beautiful jewelry in the front display cases… he’s very talented, respectful, and provides exceptional service. I’m a very satisfied customer, thanks to Mike!

Had been a customer at the Amelia location when I lived in that area. Now Milford location will be my go-to jewelry store. Stopped in for a repair on a necklace and to have my wife wedding ring looked at. Mike took in my necklace repair and was able to straighten my wife's ring without have to leave it. Left with a happy wife and cleaned n polished rings. Went back today to pick up my necklace, which was fixed nicely. Dropped off a bracelet of my late mom's for repair and asked to have the rest of her jewelry cleaned. Mike did an awesome job as the jewelry looked like new when done. Mike is very knowledgeable and professional and I certainly will be back for all my jewelry needs. Thanks Mike.

Great selection of guns and guitars. My girlfriend spent all her time in the jewelry. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Mike, the jeweler, polished my rings for me to where they look better than when I bought them! He makes some amazing collector pieces. Stuff you can't find anywhere else. Definitely check this place out.

Went in looking for a small gold ring, didn't find any luck but I did find a pair of earrings for myself and my daughter. Spencer helped us out, he was patient and understanding of my wants. Mike chimed in and ended up being a great person to talk to. He makes really cool custom jewelry out of silverware. I'll be back to buy one of Mike's custom pieces!

I have bought quite a few pieces of jewelry over the years from The Pawn Shop in Milford. Mike K. the Jeweler, is ALWAYS exceptional! He has fixed a few of my necklaces, even went as far as telling me it would be a month before it would be ready and then calling me in 5 business days saying , “ jewelry is ready for pick up”. I feel like he bends over backwards to make sure his customers are happy, satisfied and get the best deal possible! I have even had my rings on from another jeweler and he never hesitates to clean my rings, while I wait. He always makes sure my experience is a pleasant one! I recommend Mike K. to all my family and friends every chance I get! Whenever I have a jewelry issue the first person that comes to mind is Mike! He is my go to!

I have a favorite bracelet that I have had for 20 years, but recently broke. I took it in to Facet for repairs and was amazed - Mike not only repaired my bracelet, but he polished it until it looked brand new. It looks absolutely beautiful. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. As an added bolus, Mike cleaned my rings while I was there - definitely makes me want to return. Although I went in for a jewelry repair, I also thought they had some really nice pieces of jewelry, particulary if you are looking for a gemstone. Overall great experience and nice place!

My whole family and I shop here often. We all go to Mike K., who is always very helpful. He cleans every ring you wear into the store as well as the ones you buy. He has also fixed and sized jewelry very quickly. Always an amazing experience!

The diamond in my wife's wedding ring came loose and Mike K. was able to get it repaired and finished for me just before we left town for Christmas. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. In addition we were told by three of the "Big Box" jewelry stores that it couldn't be repaired, but they had very nice over priced rings they wanted to show us? I want to thank Mike K for exceptional service. I recently dropped my ring off for repair and when I went to pick it up I found a beautiful wedding band to match my engagement ring. I got a very fair price thanks to Mike. It needed to be sized and I figured it would be done in a week or so. Mike knew I was going back to Indianapolis, Indiana later that day ( I moved to Indiana 4 years ago) About two hours later Mike called and said it was done!! He went above and beyond. I went into facet with my mom and my dad and Mike K. Had amazing customer service and he was nice enough to polish and clean my mom's promise ring, engagement ring, her wedding band and her singer ring free of price he was so nice and it was greatly appreciated. Because of my experience me and my mom will be returning.

I had heard about Mike K. while I was specifically looking for a skilled craftsman to take on a very special order of mine for a big auction piece. Let me tell you - I found what I was looking for!! Mike communicated fast (outside of store via messages before his actual shift start!) He understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered. He had it all done before the agreed upon due date. Plus he noticed my shocked face when talking about prices previously and quickly found the solution that made it all work.
