I’ve had several visits to Facet and each time left glowing. Young Daniel, the jewelry salesperson, is gracious, knowledgeable, and conscientious. He takes the time to listen to you in a very caring way. Answers questions and concerns completely. I am always treated with utmost honesty and integrity, never feeling pushed or rushed to make a purchase. Dan earns the five star rating, but deserves a 10.

I was just in there I purchased a firearm from Daniel. Daniel has the best customer service skills around I’m definitely coming back because of him. I’ll recommend people coming there too see him for anything they may need help with

Pretty sure they just hire who ever. Offered me a price the was 100s of dollar out of range. The gentlemen I spoke with gave me the vibe that he knew absolutely nothing about buying or selling anything. Good luck doing business with them.

Needed appraisal done on jewelry for a case. Chris Tilley was very knowledgeable about the values, both retail and wholesale. He was informative on what and how to determine the values of each item. I will recommend him and Facets as a reputable jewelry appraiser.

I've been doing business with Facet since Dan opened the doors in a old store front in the middle of Amelia about 25 years ago. There is simply NO where better in Amelia to do business, whether you need a quick loan, a piece of jewelry or a family heirloom repair or remounted, there's no better place.... and a big shout out to the best Jeweler the world has ever known, thanks Dan for all the hard work and direction (regarding jewelry) you've given me over the years...
