Huntington Bank Ohio Pike, Cincinnati

COUNT YOUR $$ if you are taking already wrapped cash out of that bank. I took $4000 out and they had it wrapped by $2000 each and I never counted it I just threw it in my safe to pay for my jet ski later. Pulled it out and almost $160 was missing. $80 from each $2000 totaling $160! But of course if I were to go complain they would say it’s my fault. Hate that branch!

Never enough employees and going through the drive thru....not worth it. I've sat here for 20 mins before and watch them ignore everyone in the drive thru while they only serve those in the lobby. Maybe start treating everyone as if they matter and have a teller for the lobby and one for the window. Disappointed to say the least.

Don't bank with Huntington! I put a check into the ATM, it kept it, didn't cash it, and locked my account!!! I had zero access to all of my money! It took weeks to ahold of anyone and they told me I can't cash checks through the ATM!! That I have to go inside anytime I need to cash my checks!! Who has time for that when they close at 5pm!!! Do not waste your time with them, they inconvenience you at your COST! That is if you work until 5pm, or if you have to go out of town, you'll have no way of getting to your money!

I recently tried to go in to pay off an auto loan and apply for a new one. The lobby was closed and is by appointment only. I called 4 days in advance and left a voicemail and didn’t get a return call. The drivethru had 10 vehicles in it and no one would answer the phone. I walked up to the door and could see 3 employees and only one working the drivethru. I hit the help button and was greeted by a rude woman that stated more or less that she wasn’t interested in my business. I got my original loan through the dealership and have to say I will never agree to do business with them again.

I have been a customer for 25+ years and have never had a problem with any of the cashiers. I only use the ATM occasionally but have never had an issue with it I have used many of their services including wire transfer with no problem Dr Nick Driever

Staff is rude didn't help me at all with my problem and decided they weren't going to hear me out with what was going on when I signed up online for a checking account that said I could get paid up to 2 days early they fought me on the issue and said that wasn't possible false advertising if you ask me!!! Not worth going thru the trouble don't waste your time with a bank that doesn't keep their word you shouldn't have to jump through hoops either!!!

Customer srevice is extremely POOR. I was on hold over 30 minutes and still didn't speak to anyone. Waited a hour, called back and I'm now on hold for over another 20+ minutes. This is unacceptable. VERY POOR SERVICE 😢

I have been banking with Huntington for about 15 years and I swear by their service. I've dealt with Fifth Third, US Bank, and PNC in that time through various relationships, and I always compare against Huntington's service. They're the best. This location is no different, the tellers are helpful and the bankers know what they're talking about. My only disappointment with Huntington was my mortgage pre-approval rate (for which I ended up going through Key).

I used to love Huntington. Not anymore. It seems COVID is their excuse for poor customer service. I have had a few bad experiences with customer service along with 2 branch locations. Just terrible. I won't be banking with them in the future.

I decided to give Huntington a try! Unfortunately I will get my money out and go somewhere else! I tried the mobile deposits into my account with my check from work! It said it was approved. Then I get an email saying it’s on hold and won’t be available until the 12th!! That’s over a week away. I live pay check to pay check as it is. I can’t wait a week after payday! I DO NOT recommend this bank!
