It started off good and then someone dropped the ball. My account must have been sold out. I paid it off on June 25, 2020, I even have a copy of my tittle and South Texas Acceptance Corporation filed a report in Equifax that I still owe $15,770 and it has been hurting my credit since. I have tried disputing this and not even Equifax has found a way to assist me. I have tried through their dispute center but it never allows you to finish your dispute. I don't understand why, but I do represent a company that fired Equifax, so maybe this is pay back???? They don't deserve a single star if they hurt your credit instead of helping it.

I financed my car with this company and never missed a payment. They repossessed my car without warning bc i could not make repairs to the vehicle until i could secure some days off to get a rental. Im a student and work 2 jobs and needed my car.They had the city come and tow away my vehicle without notice on my birthday and hassled me the entire time i was with this company. ..even with me being a paying customer that never missed a payment. They tried to intercept my insurance company as well when they tried to issue me the money for repairs, so that the money would go to them. I have never seen so many malicious money hungry brown ppl before i was introduced to them and im brown myself.i wouldnt advise anyone to do business with these ppl. If they feel like its a chance u will pay off the car, they will screw u. Take ur money elsewhere.

I asked them could they wait a week for my payment due to the fact my job had some changes because of the covid-19 virus they harass me call me all times of the day when I was just going back to work they sent the rental cops to my house at 10:30 at night to get my car which my spouse was at work. Then I call on yesterday the car not on the lot and I call to make my payment to this company and they don't answer. I have never had this happen before to me with any other car I have had.

Don’t waste your time and money thank you

When I brought my vehicle from these folks. I put down 1800. My note is 404 a month for a 2010. Note I know my credit isn’t good so I paid and paid until it’s now a year and a half later. Tried to talk down a payment but I’m still getting fees for paying my monthly note instead of every two weeks. Not to mention the $7 service charge you get for paying it yourself on line. Over the phone. Still an extra $7 bucks. At this point they can have this bucket of bolts. It’s valued at less than $1000 but I’m paying almost $7000 extra? Nah

Trash !! All they do is harass u and add extra fees to a car !!! 15k extra for a Toyota Corolla 2009 !!!!! Can u imagine that ?!!! They scammed me telling me my payments were 433 but were actually 400 they told me insurance was 215 but was 165 !!!! So much more

IF YOU HAVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP LIKE MOST OF THE COUNTRY IN THE PAST YEAR, THEN I WOULD NOT GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE FINANCIAL VULTURES. THIS BUSINESS IS THE EPITOMY OF NO CLASS OR PROFESSIONALISM. MY CAR WAS REPOSSESSED WITHOUT WARNING AFTER BEING BEHIND IN TWO PAYMENTS AFTER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IN ONE YEAR. I HAVE ALWAYS COMMUNICATED WITH THEM ABOUT MY PAYMENTS BECAUSE THEY ARE A LITTLE OBSESSIVE AND BORDERLINE HARRASSING. DURING MY WAIT FOR MY UNEMPLOYMENT, DURING THIS PANDEMIC TIME, THEY REPOSSESSED MY CAR WITHOUT WARNING OR NOTICE. SINCE THEN, (2 DAYS) I HAVE CALLED TOO MANY TIMES AND NOT RECIEVED AND EMAILS OR CALL BACKS SO I CAN REINDEER MY CAR. THE ONLY AGENT TO DO SO SAID THAT SHE COULD NOT DISCLOSE ANY AMOUNT FOR ME TO REINDEER MY CAR AND WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A HIGH AUTHORITY SHE SAID "ALL OF THE MANAGER ARE IN TRAINING BECAUSE WE ARE SHORT STAFFED". AT THIS POINT, I'M LOOKING INTO A LAWYER BECAUSE LEGAL ACTION IS NEEDED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
