Senor Check Cashing #19 E Little York Rd, Houston

I accidentally signed my check in my car, instead of letting me cancel the check and my business re issue a new one he talks over me Everytime I try to speak. They are straight rude to me, the teller repeats the same question over and over "where did you try to cash this?" I tried to come with a solution and even call my business owner, he keeps telling me to shut up and literally won't let me talk at all. The manager is now calling the number I provided for my check and trying to sabotage me to my business owner and office manager. "PLS Check cashing" is all around. I highly recommend giving them a try instead of "Senor" check cashing on East Little York

I’ve been going to this establishment for some time now, never had an problem. The one employee who always makes my visit smooth is Elva on the Señor Check Cashing #19. She’s always been respectful and shown professionalism. I continue to be satisfied, and I’ll always choose this place over any other one.

I've been going to this place since 2017, when they first opened up this location, always has been a hassle free experience, the ladies working there are nice and knowledgeable, same as the management, amicable and attentive, definitely a people's person. It's very nice when you can take your business where the personnel is helpful and take care of you.

Beware they keep dollars off your change! the employees just love to keep people's money. CEO your attention and action it's needed immediately or hopefully the Better Business Bureau will take care of it.

I needed new dollar bills for a project, so I came in to change bills(EVEN EXCHANGE). I was treated so rudely by the manager he wouldn’t give me his name. He refused to change the bills due to inventory! What inventory when you’re exchanging the same exact denomination? IDID NOT WANT CHANGE! I know it was because I’m black! I patiently waited while the lady cleaned the lobby, nobody greeted me after standing there for 5 minutes with nobody else inside the store. I feel like he took his frustration out on me because he just got coached on doing something wrong. I don’t like these kinds of people that take their anger out on customers!

I've been going there to cash my checks, pay my bills, and make money transfers for more than 2 years now, the tellers are very helpful, so is the manager. Very nice agency, and excellent working team! I really recommend this place 👍🏝️

I went to buy a money order and for accident I dropped my envelope with money , driver license and a credit card inside. I had left the place when I found out that I didn't have the envelope I went back and somebody found it and they hold it for me. I am very grateful with these people , they are very honest . I was able to get everything back. Thank you so much .I highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service I whent to cash one of my checks before today and had probles with the same person today. had a adetute not my fault she's in a bad mood I just whent to cash a check I recomende to go to the pls on airline ther polite and fast not going back to this 1 percent

Went there to cash a check, very friendly workers and were able to help me with cashing in my check fairly quick, they even gave me a water bottle as I left talk about friendly/quality service would definitely recommend it
