An extremely fast-talking woman that called me was extremely rude, tried to locate a check she had no information for, and then blabbered her number again as I begged for her name so I could write her number. What nasty treatment! Don't use this place they are terribly rude. Never been spoken to like that in my life !

This company holds funds owed to the seller for a ridiculous amount of time and they ignore phone calls. Don't use this closing company no matter if you are a buyer or seller.

They (Barbara) failed to wire my money from the sale of my home, on the date of closing. They closed at 12:30 on a Friday and had until 4pm to wire the funds, but instead chose to go to lunch and be lazy. Unfortunately for us, it was a holiday weekend, so we will have to wait to get the money until the following Tuesday. Obviously, from the things I’ve read, this is common practice with this rinky-dink company. Not sure what the angle is, but I assume it’s so they can earn interest on my $127K during the time that they stole it from me. There’s nothing worse than selling your home and having nothing to show for it.
