This was my first experience in selling a property. My realtor recommended Tennessee Title. The Agent provided information before any of my questions we asked. The Agent put me at ease. He communicated with my Realtor very well. Everything was done in a timely manner, especially since the buyer was a cash purchase and wanted to close in two weeks. I would definitely use Tennessee Title again.

I have used Tennessee Title Services for closings recently when I sold my house and bought another one. Josh Terry and his team made everything so easy and quick. All I had to do was sign some documents. They handled the rest. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend them!

I would not recommend using Tennessee Title to close on your home or refinance. It was almost impossible to reach our designated contact and we didn't receive any closing documents through paper, thumb drive, or email. When I contacted the front desk to pick up documents that were designated to be there, I was told they didn't know anything about it. They said the documents were emailed. We kept checking our email and didn't find any documents. We had to go through our Mortgage lender to get any results. He finally reached the closing attorney who was very understanding. She actually hand delivered it to our home.

Excellent service from start to finish. I would highly recommend using Tennessee Title Service for all your title needs.

Our Earnest Money check was "lost". We send the check as priority first class mail, it had been signed for by the receptionist so it was frustrating. When they let us know they had not received it we were stressed we might lose the house. In addition to the stress we had to run out to cancel the check (at a cost to us) and have a hold of 2000 on our account for 90 days then wire the second amount of Earnest Money. We had initially wanted to wire earnest money so it was frustrating that they only accepted this after the first check was "lost". And guess what? We went to signing day after all this stress and two hours later receive a call that they had an overage equal to the amount of our Earnest Trust money. Turns out they had the check the whole time. Even after all of our calls and double checks they did not put a diligent effort into carrying for our money. They did write a check for us to pick but did not apologize for the inconveniences or costs we experienced. I wouldn't recommend this place. They are not equipped to properly handle what could be your life savings
