I've been working with Yvette and Midstate Title for over 20 years. She and her team are simply put, "the very best in the business". She goes above and beyond and takes exceptional care of both me and my clients. I could share hundreds of examples but one in particular that comes to mind was when my seller's closing was delayed, due to the buyer's lender, and Yvette was supposed to go out of town that night on a trip with her husband. In order to get the funds due my client the next day, she literally delayed her trip until the next day and went to the office and got the matter resolved that morning.
