The manager, Carlos Solis, is nice and helpful. It has made it easy for the employees to be hardworking and, as well as be innovative. He seems to have a very good relationship with all his customers. When a manager or a leading figure in an organization is not as respectful and understanding to the customers, there tends to be a notion of mistrust and non-reliability. This can be in a way lead to the loss of customers for a company. A bad relationship at work makes the work environment to be tense but that is not the case when it comes to this small business. The manager ensures that the employees are doing great and that they are comfortable. This ensures that the employees are motivated to work hard and make employees feel the meaningfulness of their relationship with a given company. Solis has made sure that its employees feel a sense of belonging and have the reason to treat customers in the most respectable way possible. Thus, in the long run, ensuring that the customers get the best services. When the employees are faced with any challenge, they are free to ask for advice and talk with him, and even the customers can approach him when the need arises. I believe that Solis Income Tax offers the best services around the area. Compared to most companies that I have done business with, it is among the best. As an employee working here, I’d have to say it’s professional, friendly and one of the best places I’ve worked at. There is always something to do to keep busy. Boss and other workers are friendly and I enjoy working with them. The Boss (owner) is very understanding when emergencies come up but firm when needing the workers to be on time and on top of work. The pay is great for the work you do. They don’t overwork you and are open-minded about ideas/opinions.
