I went in today to this location after leaving another location that was terrible. This location had good staff they were friendly and fast and didn't make it a hassle. I definitely recommend this location and the person who helped me was nice her name was he's Jocelyn. People like them make businesses run better.

I had a great experience going to this location. The people who assisted me were Martina and Domingo. Both were so respectful, patient and kind. I went in nervous thinking maybe they’d be rude and disrespectful like I’ve experienced at other title loan places. I usually don’t write reviews but I was so happy and content with the quality of service I received from Martina that I wanted to take the time to do so. Tina was amazing and very helpful walked me through the whole loan process and helped me choose the right payment option for my budget and got me approved for more than the amount I was looking to get. And she also helped me get my money today on a very easy to use, reloadble visa card. And all was done in less than 30 mins
