great customer service! great experience i had with the young lady walked me through the whole process and guided me. recommend this place!

Terrible location! I arrived at 4:21pm, the agency began to process my application and said that I was pre approved and then stated that In the next 10 minutes I should receive a text message confirming the loan request so that they could issue a check. The lady at the counter said it will be a little bit so I can go do “whatever.” I decided to walk next door to get a drink and literally 5 minutes later these women began to lock the door with my husband and another customer inside. The manager told my husband that he had to leave, and let another customer out. As I approached the door, the manager stopped me from coming in and said that they were closed I would have to come back. Didn’t even bother to follow up on my approval, seconds later right when she shut the door I had a text come through saying that I was approved! I was speaking to customer service as I knocked on the door to see if they could give one last opportunity to complete the process. The lady that processed my application just stared at me, and I gave her a thumbs up that I was approved and she said nothing, then both rude women including the manager ignored me. I asked Oppertun customer service if this is their common practice and he replied no and apologized to me, he reported this location and recommended to go into another location tomorrow so that the check can be distributed. This location will be reported to the BBB due to their lack of integrity toward their clients and poor practice to those they serve. Absolute waste of time!!!
