My new position came with a relocation package. Part of the package was to work with Sirva Mortgage for purchasing a new home. Sirva did a wonderful job of keeping me in the loop. The staff was very responsive to questions, and helped me through the process every step of the way. I closed on my house 3 days earlier than expected and could not be happier. Thank you!

I was first pre-approved in Dec 2021, when they said they would lock the rate. The rate was not locked until March 2022 when it had gone up a whole percentage point. They pre-approved me based on an offer letter from my new employer, and having been playing Calvinball with forms as we approach closing. Everyday I get an email asking for a new document to be provided, each document contains information they have already been provided. Because they were using an old credit report, from December, my loan got to underwriting and they suddenly demanded $50,000 more in down payment, despite having pre-approved the amount AND the fact that I had paid off the debts they were concerned about. I spent an entire morning on two phone calls straightening that out, and then had to waste another half hour gathering up yet more documentation that the debts had been paid. Just this morning I got a form they "need" my new employer to fill out because I am closing before my start date. This form is just a janky .pdf clearly generated from a Word template and verifies the same information that my signed offer letter already contains. It seems their underwriting department does not talk to their lending consultants or loan processors, and doesn't actually have a clear set of guidelines. I get the sense that the underwriters are marginally literate and just making stuff up as they go along. This is the fourth time I have purchased a house, and no other experience has been this arduous and horrible. Don't use these people, I had a better time with WellsFargo and they're literally criminals.

SIRVA mortgage was able to get me the lowest rate and the best customer service I've ever had with my finances. The rest of the company handles stuff like moving and payments, and they were just as good. I was very impressed!

Overall I was very satisfied with the way SIRVA handled my relocation. I interacted with at least 6 different people at SIRVA but that is understandable since there are many different facets to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was very responsive. My real estate agent was very impressed with how quickly and smoothly the financial part of the process was handled. It was a long process due to the market conditions but they were patient until the end. Kudos to Mark, Sherry, Davenia, Tracey, and Coty!

Quick and efficient. The beginning of the process I received fantastic communication. Once I got to the processing of my loan, everything was almost complete. Just had a few items to submit. There was not great communication by my loan processor however. I only heard from her in a single email and one phone call at the beginning of processing. I had to ask for a copy of my appraisal report. Everything else went smoothly. Overall, Sirva was fantastic to work with and did have better communication than my previous lender when buying my last house. Would definitely recommend Sirva Mortgage!
