Sold our house with Brett, and it was really easy! He handles everything efficiently and realistically, gives great advice (he really knows the market), offers excellent pricing that includes services like professional home photos, and communicates clearly and frequently. It was a great experience that ended with us selling our house for more than we expected, faster than we expected, with a lot less hassle than we expected.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Brett and his team at Simple Choice real estate. it really was simple. we were in the middle of a major remodel prior to selling when Covid hit and delayed our progress. Brett was very patient and professional while we continued the remodel albeit we were a little behind schedule. once the house was complete and ready to go on the market Brett was immediately out to assess and list our home. selling a home by itself is a stressful situation for all involved let alone during a pandemic, however Brett made us his top priority and was able to get our home under contract within a week at above asking price! he was so thorough and knew the area and market so well that his assessment of our home value was almost identical to the appraiser. he went out of his way to make sure that we were getting the best deal on our house sale and went to bat several times for us during closing when it was taking extra time (due to the pandemic and govt shutdown). i would recommend Brett and his team to anyone in the area looking to sell or purchase a home. you WILL NOT find a better realtor, or someone who cares more about you and doing whats best for you. 100% top notch man, and realtor. honest, reliable, passionate, and straight shooter.

Brett is the ABSOLUTE BEST Realtor in the business!!! After months of searching for us (we are pretty high maintenance on what we wanted) he never once became frustrated or impatient with us. The best thing was he also didn't try to sell us on a home he knew we wouldn't like. Brett actually talked us out of a few homes which was the right the thing for us because in the end we found something we absolutely loved. The other thing that I admire Brett for is that he is truly a Professional in his craft. He knows the local laws and ordinances on rentals, building codes, repair costs etc. Brett is extremely knowledgeable. I mean it when I say it; BRETT IS THE BEST!

Our house and circumstances were a bit unusual and so I worried that the house would be challenging to sell. I knew Brett's reputation for being really good listing agent, and knew I needed a real pro. It great to watch him work. He brought in an exceptional photographer and the pictures were amazing, the listing itself was great, and he followed up with all 50 or so showings (half were from the open house). We had a number of things that needed to be fixed along the way and he has a long list of top professionals that are reasonably priced and do good work. They show up when they say they will show up, which is rare in the industry. I think they are eager to keep Brett happy because he throws them a lot of business and so they are loyal and dependable as a result. I was really impressed with all of them. If I ever sell another house in the area, Brett will definitely be my agent. 5 stars, easy.
