Simons & Leoni Home Loans was awesome throughout the entire buying process. They were professional, which also explaining all options in ways we could understand and were extremely responsive anytime we had a question. Plus, they gave us the best deal around. Will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend everyone to give the a call if you need a mortgage!

We closed on a property one week ago in the shortest period of time we have ever experienced from application to close. Doug Leoni, Tammie Thorne, Tom and Lorrie were a dedicated team that felt like they were working 24/7. The process was transparent, making our role clear from start to finish. The required data seems like it has grown, but the team we dealt with made it seamless and minimized any stress that can typically be part of securing a mortgage. I would recommend this team for anyone needing a mortgage, 100%.

I recently completed a transaction with Tom, Tammie & Jenna and they all did an amazing job! Tom jumped in and worked with the credit bureau to update some incorrect information that, had it not been corrected, would have resulted in a higher rate! My loan closed very quickly and communication from all was excellent.

An absolutely stellar organization. Our loan qualification situation was not an easy one. We arrived from out of state and as a result were a challenge regarding establishing a work history. However, due to the genius of Nick Peacock, this was no problem. He worked with us and successfully made it happen. He quickly and professionally responded to each inquiry. Nick Peacock is professional, knowledgable, kind and supportive and is therefore deserving of unlimited praise.
