Me and my husband purchased a vehicle last month in May, I must say Tanya Henderson was very awesome in us through it all, she is very appreciative and understanding, she did a very good job. She was very patient with us and not only answered all of our needs and concerns. She found the right solution to everything. I would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tanya Henderson who helped us with our car loan from beginning until the end. Tanya was very professional, attentive, and pleasant we couldn’t have asked for a better person. If you’re in the market for a loan please go see the manager Tanya Henderson especially if you want great service.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and wasn’t tended to. When the teller finally came to window attitude was thrown my way as if I was an inconvenience. My next visit will be to close my accounts here. I don’t do business with people who’s customer service treats me this way

I am updating this review and I wish I could write NO STARS! All morning has been spent on the phone/holding on the phone. My card was compromised. You would think that the fraud dept. could write a note in the system to order a new card. No- I had to hang up, stay on hold for another 34 minutes to then be told it will cost $10 for a new card. This is insane that I had to wait for them to tell me I could go to the branch. Why couldn't the fraud department tell me. Every time I need to deal with them it just gets worse.

My experience with Ms. Tonya Henderson was excellent. I felt I was in good hands, she was very knowledgeable about every question I asked and was able to go into detail about loans and interest rates and what ever question I asked her, she had the answer and if she didn't she would quickly get it. Ms. Henderson helped me in getting era's removed from my credit record IMMEDIATLY so I was cleared to open the accounts, and get the loans I applied for. The way she exhibited her knowledge and her professionalism was amazing, I will always call on Tonya and will highly recommend that she is asked for to everyone I know. Tonya Henderson is first class top of the chart in the customer service she provided for me. Thank you Tonya for making the process so easy.
