Where to start! Trying to navigate a purchase with no real estate agent in this market is challenging! Just when I thought I had all of my due diligence done and was ready to close, the title agency I committed to ghosted me! Roller coaster ride does not even describe the ups and downs- Then I was referred to Mendi Dunker and her team at Signature Title! Just when I thought I was in jeopardy of losing the house, Mendi and her amazing team came in, finalized the searches and due diligence and I closed today! Mendi handled the heavy lifting for me, she calmed me as I was in a panic and assured me “I’ve Got This” and she did! She even answers my calls! In this world of rolling voicemail options and emails, Mendi and her team believe in providing superior customer service to thei clients. Don’t go searching for a Titke Company- Just call Mendi!!!

I was the Buyers agent for a transaction that Omega Title handled. There was a delay in the wire being sent late on a Friday afternoon and my buyers were looking at being homeless for the weekend. Both Mende and Karen hung in there till almost 6 till they finally received the funds. I would highly recommend using them for Title work.
