BC Title and its team is absolutely incredible. I am a real estate broker and choose to exclusively use them and their services with every deal I work on. The value is extraordinary and the people even more so. Care, diligence, efficiency, are some of the adjectives I would choose to affiliate with BC Title. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

We used them for a problematic closing, where the buyer's mortgage broker was either clueless or incompetent, forcing FOUR last minute extensions, with zero communications. Courtney at BC Title saw our struggle as the seller, and worked magic in her end to find out what the hold up with as each time, AND offered advice on how to handle the situation. We're it not for Courtney, we probably would have had more requests, or more likely, let the deal fall apart and just relisted the home. Everyone was pleasant to deal with, and they have a very clean office with ALL of the Covid protections in place. I'm happy we don't buy or sell homes frequently, but if we did, I would absolutely use BC Title, and request Courtney. Just found out they are licensed in multiple states, and we are hoping to be able to use them for our property up north when we close.
