I already knew what I was buying came with the money went inside. There were two people in the store not busy. I waiting patiently for 15 minutes then left while the red haired good ole boy behind the counter did nothing. It’s a shame you walk in a business money in hand and they won’t let you spend it. This place will never get my business ever.

The employees working today we're super nice! They helped me out a lot. Both were very patient, funny, kind, helpful, and understanding. I know nothing about game systems, so they helped me set up an account and put parental restrictions on it for me. Couldn't tell you how many times we had to put in usernames and passwords, and they didn't get frustrated or impatient at all! It seemed like it took forever. Thank you for your help and patience.

This pawn sold me a broke ps4 controller and once i went back to get a refund or another controller that works they tryed to sale me another broke ps4 controller. And put the broke ones back to sale to another person. What kinda place sales you broke stuff and trys to replace it with another broke controller. And the guy told me its just tge options button do you really need it. What a joke. Id say do not buy from this place they sale broke stuff to customers and could care less. 1/10 go to bullitt pawn they respect the people who take hard earned money to buy from them and if its broke they will refund your money or replace it with something new not another broke ps4 controller. Go check the controllers out youll see what im talking about. Do not buy from this pawn shop

BILLS PAWN SHOP ACROSS THE STREET HAS BETTER SERVICE, PRICES, AND IS HONEST.

The selection here reminds me more of goodwill. Their collection of jewelry was limited and generally unimpressive. I was interested in one ring, but I did not get a chance to look at it, since no one offered me any assistance. I would say not to even go out of your way to visit this establishment unless you need second-hand home items (vacuum cleaners, air conditioners small kitchen appliances) or “mint condition” quarters.

The people were very friendly and helpful. Good prices on their product. Good selection and a little of everything. Tom is very knowledgeable on guns and will go the extra mile to help you. This is my favorite place to shop. Excellent value.

Not bad not great. Staff was fine and helpful just their selection wasn't very large.
