The worst bank I have ever been with. Do not get a auto loan with them. They charged me 2,000$ without notice even though I have full coverage. They are money hungry thief's. Please go elsewhere. They will not take it off even though I was insured. Terrible people, and terrible service. I rather let Mr.Krabs handle my money then this trash bank.

This bank doesn’t really care about you. I’ve had it for 6 years and it only took 45 days to have it closed. I’ve asked for more time and nothing. I explained my situation and everything. And over these 6 years Ive been such a loyal customer.

I received a phone call today that my card was suspicion of fraud. I answered all questions the guy asked on phone and felt like maybe he was trying to obtain information instead of help me. I hung up to call Shell Fraud Dept and the lady proceeded to act as if she was helping me, but she disconnected the line and never called me back. Needless to say, I sat on the phone another thirty minutes inconvenienced, explaining all over again just to get to the bottom of things. Would not recommend this credit union to anyone. Very rude, odd and suspicious activity on their part.

Great bank. Never been so happy with a bank in my life. All other banks wouldn't let my husband and I Get an account together. They would always deny me and accept him. This bank Made it possible for us to finally get an account together. thank you

I just wanted to say thank you to Kimberly from the Katy Location she provided me with an outstanding service!

I tried to refinance my house with shell fcu. They called while i was at work, and when I tried calling them back, the agents were all busy. After 2 weeks of this, I had to tell the phone operator that I had called several times and hadn't been able to talk to anyone, so she took my email and I was contacted by a loan officer after a few days. After a few emails, the loan officer called me and sounded disappointed that I answered. She said that she wanted to call as she " was leaving the office" and was going to call me back 2 days later. That phone call never came. I informed the officer via email that due to her lack of interest I was going to have my loan serviced elsewhere. She didnt even have the decency to reply. They dont want my business so shell fcu can go straight to hell. It's a shame that they ran my credit, cuz it knocked my score down a few points. If they dont have the staff to attend to loans, they should not allow you to apply online. Maybe spend less on advertising and hire some decent staff.

Working with this branch was the best decision I have ever made. They are fast, reliable, and friendly! Eva was able to work one on one with me to help accomplish all of my personal financial goals! She made it convenient and easy and even worked late to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you Shell! You have earned my business for a lifetime!

I’ve recently had card fraud and they’ve nothing to alleviate the issue. I’m being sent around in circles, while trying to care for my new born. It’s been over a month and I still have yet to receive any assistance! This bank is absolutely disgusting and so are the employees. I wouldn’t trust them with a quarter of my hard earned money!
