I met Rick not by choice but through despair. I was conditionally approved pending appraisal. 10 days before my closing, my original lender had backed out. I was in shock, disbelief, and a state of panic. I even began to look at renewing my apartment lease. My realtor immediately recommended Rick at CMG financial. He quickly understood the circumstances and sense of urgency. He was patient with all of my questions as a new home buyer and communicated with me at all hours of the day to keep me informed and updated on my loan. Within 10 days, he was able to transfer the appraisal, get me approved, and closed on my dream home. Rick is not a miracle worker, he is just that good at what he does! He has gained a client for life and I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Rick at CMG!

Of course I would recommend Mr. Rick Carrier and his team. They are excellent, they maintained constant communication with me explaining, updating me in relation to each new phase of the process and requesting all the requirements and documents that they must provide in a timely manner. I really appreciate your concern and diligent work on my loan. Rick Carrier did an excellent job helping my buyers on their loan to purchase their beautiful home on 3.7 acres, and in record time too, with all parties very happy to close two weeks early! Besides being responsive to whatever we needed, Rick was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He even attended the closing, something I don’t often see. With prior planning, including having the wire at the title company the day before closing, my happy buyers were able to sign documents and leave the closing with keys to their new property with no delay. I always received answers to questions or concerns in a timely matter. I felt like a genuine customer throughout the loan process, where customer service is top-notch and readily available. Rick Carrier worked around the clock to make sure I was happy and updated with my loan's progress. My loan was a bit complicated as I had DPA. He worked extremely hard on a subject that needed much attention, and he persisted until the end of my closing date. Rick was a lifesaver. I was pre-approved with another lender for a conventional loan. After my offer was accepted and I was 2 weeks from closing, that lender flipped my loan to FHA. I called Rick.
