Shell Federal Credit Union Spencer Hwy, La Porte

I have been a shell member for three years now. I have always done my banking here. Recently, I visited this branch and I was attended with utmost professional attitude and perfection. The staff made sure that all my queries were resolved. I am happy to be part of this bank.

Been with them for the better part of 4 years but now all of a sudden I’m having a ton of issues with them and now they are trying to say my account is $1200 in the negative but can’t give me a reason why it’s like that.. theft at its finest. Already reported to the BBB and attorney general.

This bank takes forever and has some of the dumbest rules when it comes to covid. Make up your mind on how you want to run your business. They have plenty of employees but it took 15 minutes just to deposit a check.

Need more tellers working. SMH, multi million dollar company and you have to wait 15 minutes to deposit money. Be better shell.

I love this bank. The people are nice and i have been banking with them for a few years now and never paid a fee. I just wish they had apple pay support.

I went in to this branch to complete opening my accounts. When I walked in the lady that greeted us was very kind. I showed her what documents I had to open my accounts. She spoke to someone and got it approved. I sat and waited 45 minutes. Marissa Creel then called me in to finish opening my accounts. When she seen my documents she denied me opening my account. I understand it was closing time but this is my only time I had to open my account. She obviously just didn't want to open the accounts because she wanted to leave. I wasted my time and don't have time to come early enough for the lazy banker to do her job. Very unprofessional

Very friendly and helpful. The Tellers are knowledgeable and quick to offer help. Good hours of operation inside and the drive through!

15+ employee vehicle and only one person working the drive through. I waited 10min before they even acknowledged my canister had been recieved..... MORE PEOPLE ARE USING THE DRIVE THROUGH BECAUSE OF COVID ! Assign accordingly !

Worst bank I’ve ever held an account with. Multiple fees just charged to my account and hidden interest. People there always gave me a hard time refunding bad charges when they were blatantly wrong on paper.

Please fix the new phone app. The old version was way better and never have problems with. I can't acces to the full site and it's annoying.
