Sharon was great and the whole process was pretty seamless when working with her and our real estate brokers. Honestly .. Sharon is a saint. We're not easy and when I say we .. I mean my husband. Thankfully she is super patient and worked us through much of what we needed to do in order to finance the house we just bought this year! We've used other lending institutions in the past and I'd have to say, working with Sharon was way easier with much less back and forth regarding papers and tax returns and signing things. She was on vacation and took my calls! I'd recommend going with Sharon for your lending needs in a heart beat.

We were recommended Sharon by our realtor. She was nice at first, but once we had an offer accepted and the process began, we were basically ignored unless they needed documents from us or signatures. This was our first time purchasing a home so we had questions and needed our hand held but the team constantly ignored us. The final nail in the coffin was when Sharon went on vacation without notifying us. We had a question so of course Niki ignored us - we tried going to Sharon but she told us to ask Niki because she was in Mexico! How were we supposed to know that if they never communicate with us?? Awful experience, I hope all lenders are not like this.
