Never enough Staff even before the pandemic. The last time I was there in line for almost 30 minutes, there was 2 Employees in cubicles alone! The Manager was making stupid small talk with a couple people in the line... SO, 3 employees were not helping. The drive-thru is never open! Yesterday, they were closed and gone almost 15 minutes before closing. Terrible branch!!!

Experienced worse customer service ever at this financial institution. Even though I'm supposed to be one of their "Preferred Platinum" customers (lip service), got zero help with a transaction that needed assistance from a personal banker. Since the bank was closing in about an hour and I hadn't made a " previous appointment" they were unable to help me! Even spoke with the Manager who gave me the same line! Make a reservation "like it was a restaurant" and come back next week for help. Really? Needed something done in a timely manner so left extremely irritated went to Wells Fargo where my other account is, and was accomodated almost immediately. Moving all my accounts out of B of A looks better all the time. This branch could take a lesson on customer service for sure.

They "supposedly"', called me on a way outdated phone number to tell me that I left the bank teller without my card. Now the bank sends me the wrong debit card without a photo on it and they "accidentally cancelled my temporary card." What a joke! Point is this, they are ALWAYS WAY UNDER STAFFED but manage to have plenty of office workers available to help you with everything else but the simplest of tasks! Your bank is right off the freeway!!! You SHOULD have & NEED more staff even in the drive through. I have been with Bank Of America for 15 years and I'm very disappointed with the quality of service there giving right now. I'm not getting a home through BOA; I could only imagine the hassle involved in that situation!!!

Extreme disregard for customers. They act like you are an inconvenience just being there, and forget getting help and courtesy. If you don’t book an appointment two days ahead, then they won’t talk to you. Once you do book, if you are a minute late they move on, but if you are there waiting and someone is late to their appointment they still won’t see you. If you have a simple quick question you will surely be told in every which way to book an appointment even if answering your question would have taken less time then they spent telling you to schedule.

I got out of work early to hit the bank on my way home and they were all locked up. If you actually close at 4:50 then that's how your hours should read.

    Response from the owner

I just moved to the Marysville area a couple months ago and found this Bank of America the closest to my house so it became the one I come to most. My experience with Bank of America has always been great! I love the customer service, friendliness, how fast they resolve problems, etc. However, I am not in awe of the staff at this particular location. Each time I’ve came in to speak to somebody, they always sound mad and aren’t very friendly. Maybe it’s just my luck, but it’s been over the phone too. This is causing me to consider switching to a different bank because wow. I’ve never been more disappointed.

worst bank ever. i was treated like if i was a criminal. They told me my check from my employer(which I never had a problem cashing it at Wells Fargo) was no good and they close my account and froze my money. The bank teller was looking at me like if I'm in the wrong and show poor customer service she didn't even care to say why it was bad but then I call the number that she gave me and they say it did go thru. Bunch of liars. Hate this bank with passion.

Customer service is awesome, the people there are awesome, and Ben R. Thomas is by far the best and easiest person to work with and also a very nice guy. He even makes conversation with you while he helps you out and makes for a quick, easy, and even fun Bank of America visit

I visited this branch more than 7 times and they don’t have bad customer service like what some wrote, the waiting line is short and the ladies are sweet and professional. There is one handling credit card and she is so kind and helpful.
