Wonderful experience at this jewelry store! The associates who work there are so helpful and friendly, and you can tell they care about making the customer experience special. Ellie showed me tons of different rings, and she knew exactly what I would like! I would 1000% recommend visiting Lizzie’s for a fabulous experience. They bring back good old fashioned patient, kind, generous customer service that most stores are lacking these days. So impressed, thank you Lizzie’s!!!!

I have been buying jewelry here for a few years now (my husband too) and we love it. We have had a couple items appraised at a different jewelry store when we wanted to resize something, and each time it appraised for quite a bit more than we purchased it for. There is a lot to choose from, but the best part is their 1-year, no interest, layaway. I almost always have one or two things on layaway. I wouldn’t be able to afford nice jewelry if it weren’t for the layaway. My grown daughters shop there and have things on layaway all the time as well. This is a great place to find jewelry. I highly recommend them.

They work to try to find things that fit your taste and budget. There is such a broad range of jewelry from which to select, in every price range. Bring in your jewelry that you no longer wear and trade it for something you will love! This place is the best!

I phoned and asked about the value of something that really mattered to me. I’d been calling all around, and Karlee helped me to understand the real value, and why. It made total sense, at last. I appreciate her taking the time to explain to me how the market has developed over time, so that I could finally make a clear headed decision as to how to proceed with keeping or selling my beloved treasure. Thank you, Karlee!! Nobody else wanted to take more than 2-3 seconds to help me, and Karlee took the time to help me understand what is happening with the market of the item in question. She actually took a good ten minutes with me, and found out answers that I needed to know. She truly cared to help me. It’s something I appreciate, and thank God for, is people who are willing to help, without expectation. That was the difference between Karlee and all the others I phoned. Their attitude was mainly about whether or not I was going to profit them and bring them business right away. I felt unheard by most of them, and then finally Karlee heard me and gave me the help I was seeking, and stayed with me until I understood the answers I was searching for. God bless you Karlee!!

Went in not really expecting the wonderful service we received. Ellie was patient and professional. Guiding us to a wonderful choice for a ring. She was able to guide us to a beautiful setting. We wanted to use diamonds currently in other settings and she made it happen in a beautiful way. A great finished ring at a wonderful price. Will be going there again! Very Happy 😃

I have never found a Jewelry & Pawn store that consistently has a tremendous inventory of pretty, elegant, stunning and gorgeous jewelry like Lizzy's Jewelry & Pawn. Their prices are pawn store prices but the quality, elegance and satisfaction of the jewelry isn't like any other Pawn store I have ever been to. I can't imagine anyone not being anything short of amazed when you walk in.

First time going to Lizzys , they are very welcoming and patient. Took me thru all the show cases that had the items I was interested in . Quality jewelry with a great lay away plan . I will definitely be going back in the near future .

My soon to be husband and I got our wedding bands here and it was the most complicated experience ive ever had buying jewlery. There were so many hidden fees. We were quoted waaaay less than we paid for them. It was extremely stressful. The rings are beautiful but the amount of stress involved was just too much.

Lizzy's is hands down one of the BEST places to find beautiful custom AND unique jewelry! My husband worked with Ellie to find the perfect sapphire for my engagement ring, and they even sent the gem to their jeweler to have it placed in a custom setting! My ring is unbelievably gorgeous, and they took such great care of us from start to finish. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have known about this sweet little shop for a very long time. I absolutely love everything about the place. The beautiful antiques are far beyond what you can find anywhere else and the prices are so much better than anywhere else in Snohomish County. I have been all up and down the antique street in Snohomish and I will never find what I can at Lizzy's. The sale's folks are just very much more knowledgeable and kind. The best part of Lizzy's is Lizzy. I have put several pieces of jewelry on a payment plan and even when I have missed a month I call and my items are still there and I don't have a penalty charge for missing my payment. You should go and look at the beautiful items at Lizzy's before you buy anywhere else. You have no idea what you are missing. The best place I have been.

I had driven by this place so many times, as I live in Marysville, and never thought to step inside. One day I decided to walk in looking for games and instead I somehow ended up buying this beautiful ring for my beautiful wife. She was floored with it...as was I with the deal we got. We really enjoyed our experience in the store and with the level of service we received, especially from Jackie (the owner and her family were lovely also). Thank you! We'll be back for more! I'll leave you with this one point--pay no attention to those comments from people who clearly don't know how pawn shops operate.

I have shopped for jewelry all over the world. Lizzy’s Jewelry absolutely has the best prices anywhere and at least 1/2 the prices of mall jewelry stores. Today, I purchased a gold nugget money clip and I paid less than 1/2, of what any commercial jewelry store would charge. YES, I highly recommend Lizzy’s Jewelry. On top of their incredibly low prices, they are a family-owned jewelry store with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff!

If you have jewelry that you want to sell, this is definitely the place to go! They give way better pricing compared to all the other pawn shops around!

It’s definitely not a waste of time to go into Lizzy’s. The people who work there cheerfully spend as much time with me as I need, to help me navigate their wide variety of choices. The amount of jewelry they have is amazing - from costume to the “real” thing. I have been there several times now and have always come away with new, favorite treasures. Another advantage is their prices. The last time I was there the sterling silver was at 60% off! I am a happy and loyal customer.

Large new store - my wife loved it and found a number of nice pieces for reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful with excellent knowledge of the wide/constantly changing selection. We stop by often and continue to love the large selection of new and old jewelry - new items every week it seems and new bargains constantly. Nice assortment of all types of wearable and decorative jewelry, wide variety of precious metal/gemstone pieces (including beautiful gemstone bracelets and necklaces/chains) complement the fine new, estate and antique jewelry pieces. Prices are excellent. Love the large new Marysville location! By the way, Lizzy's has a very nice layaway plan, does jewelry repairs/sizing, is conveniently located and is just plain fun to visit. Love this place! My parents recommended me to Lizzy's since they've always been treated so well! Rita helped me the first time, to size my engagement ring, and then to pick out a wedding band that would go with the engagement ring! They had my ring finished super fast and I was able to come in and put my band on layaway and get that sized too! Kathy (sp?) made the process super easy and awesome, and I cannot wait to do more business (prices are wonderful too, btw)!

Boyfriend got an engagement ring here for me I think it was like $1700.. Fast forward a couple months later I needed the money so i took it back.....lady Asked if I had a receipt and I told her no she offered me $60. Idk if it was because i wasnt dressed nice or what. I had three children in tow all under 3. What a scam. Wasn't until I came back and told him I actually got it from them that they offered what it was worth. Untrustworthy.
