John is the best of the best! Everything you want in your Loan Officer.... knowledgeable, compassionate, and always picks up the phone when you need anything. I have seen John go out of his way to help all of his clients and assume roles that are not his responsibility, but does it without hesitation to make things smoother for his clients.
