My wife and I purchased our first investment property through Seven Hills Settlement. Our closing agent was Andrea Wilcox and she was amazing to work with. She was very responsive, accommodating, and very thorough throughout the entire process. With this being our first home purchase, Andrea and the Seven Hills Settlement team made the process very easy and seamless. I would highly recommend Seven Hills Settlement and would definitely use their services for our next purchase.

Andrea is amazing! As a first time buyer I had a ton of questions. Andrea answered each and every one with patience and professionalism. She is very knowledgeable in hime.buying process. She offered expert advice and was a generally pleasant person. When I walked into the office for my closing table meeting all of the staff I encountered were pleasant and professional. If I ever decide to do another purchase; in the future I will definitely use them again!

Andrea was so helpful and went out of her way to ensure we closed on time. The bank had not provided her all the documents necessary to close but she stayed late the night before to ensure we were able to close. This is the second time I have used Seven Hills and I would strongly recommend them.

Kelsey and Andrea were outstanding! Whenever I called or emailed with questions I always received a quick and courteous response. Unfortunately we did not meet Andrea who was the primary person that put our loan together. Everything was in order, no mistakes and we closed on time.
