Worst bank ever. Fees on top of fees and they don't care about the customer. They are just as money hungry as a big bank. Don't fall for the "credit union" part of the name. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees due to the bank app messing up or just negligence. Save yourself the money and trouble. They will also frequently claim they "tried to call you" to fix a mobile deposit issue even though you have no missed calls or voicemails. Worst. Bank. Ever.

Can't say enough good things about our experience. We are from Oregon and were having problems withdrawing money from our bank account at Umpqua Bank in Oregon. The two girls who helped us took care of everything. We were able to get a cash advance. Again thank you so much.

I’ve been banking through these guys since they were telco and they treat me with respect when I stop in they answer any questions I have via phone or email or in person. They have never screwed me over like some banks have definitely an amazing place to bank at.

Closed early on Saturday, can't call on Saturdays, closes before anyone who works a real job can get there, horrible online app, low limits on transfers out of the bank. Oh yeah, this is a great place to keep money.

I absolutely love SFCU. Not only is the process of banking with them easy and available, but the people are just the best. I've used all branches here in Rapid City and Box Elder and everyone has always been kind to me. Never once in my 5 years banking with them have I had any issues.
