Excellent service. The staff is always great at communicating through out the transaction. My clients are always very happy. Deanne always goes above and beyond to get the job done.

I wish I could give them negative stars but it isn't allowed.. Horrible customer service experience!!! I would never use this place again. They are terrible at their job. We've used many title companies in the past and I've never felt this much discontent about a place or person in my entire life. One of the worst experiences of my life actually was with this business! DeAnn Benedict should not be a branch manager!!! The way she handled our closing was horrible. In my opinion she shouldn't be allowed to work at a title company ever again. The employees need training. I wouldn't wish our experience with this "business" on anyone!! We will never use this closing company again. And we've instructed everyone we work with to make sure this person isn't working at the next closing company we use.

Was a great experience. They keep you very informed and respond promptly to emails. Friendly office personnel, felt like family, but very professional.

As a Realtor with a reputable brokerage and team manager of The Gary Stallings Team it’s very important that I surround myself with professional businesses after all my reputation and my teams reputation is on the line when I refer a company to my clients. One thing that I can say about Select Title Spring Cypress, DeAnn and her crew are always on top of things. It doesn’t matter what the challenge is they have always pull through for me and my clients. Always return emails or phone calls within minutes and that’s very important when your clients are seeking answers. I can safely say that me or my team have no plans on using another title company. Keep up the good work!

Veronica Corona, very unprofessional !! we were in her office for a closing of my mothers house, apparently she was out of town and someone else worked on her file and there was a few mistakes that were caught by our realtor. The mistakes were easily corrected and were not the problem! the issue was the way she handled herself in the situation, first off she should of checked her files prior, 2nd she went to the back and at the top of her lungs yelled at the person that worked her files and used language that was very inappropriate and did this not only once but twice we could hear her in the room where we were sitting and each time she came back she had the excuse " i was on vacation i didn't work my file" her behavior was totally unacceptable not to mention she was rude to our realtor and had a very disrespectful attitude during our visit.

Wonderful experience. They took care of me as soon as I walked in, explained everything thoroughly. Very nice office and wonderful staff.
