I wish have the option to give -1 Start. For the second time home repair guys come back asking for cash or add $30 on the check I gave. This bank charges $30 fee for those you are giving paper check. Now I understand why Credit Union Banks never expends their branches. On my way to cancel and do business in another bank. Reply from “owner” not required. I would prefer not to hear “thanks for your feedback...” Nothing will change.

If you are interested in experiencing "knock-your-socks-off" service during a loan process Michelle Ryba is the person to go to. Michelle was truly awesome in working through a very challenging situation - she overcame technology issues, issues with my awful previous lender, changing terms and a timeline that was insane. Michelle stayed late on a Saturday to ensure I was taken care of and my loan closed that day. I have always had really great service from FSCU, but Michelle took it to a whole different level! In a time where even good customer service is hard to find, she delivered extraordinary customer service.

I came here by recommendation from a friend just to see if there was any chance of lowering my auto loan. I was immediately greeted by the branch manager, Garrett, and he has been nothing short of amazing. I'm leaving here today with my payment lowered by almost 100$ per month as well as the peace of mind of a new warranty on my car. I have even decided to move all of my checking and savings accounts from Chase to First Service! I am telling all of my friends and family and I 100% recommend this location to everyone.

I would leave ZERO stars for this bank altogether, because of several infractions I’ve experienced while interacting with this establishment. First, I don’t even have an account with these people, but even trying to make a simple deposit for my husband, I find out they wait until the very last minute until they have to open even ONE of the banking lanes. Their security officer has a top flight security complex since I had to wait until 9am for them to open. Received a letter from Lina Garza about moving our car loan over to this bank, only to find out she doesn’t even help with these loans and to add insult to injury, we didn’t even get approved and have a credit pull on both of our credits for this mess. Will never ever ever recommend this trash credit union to any of my friends or family, and will let anyone know this if they ever ask.

THIS particular branch for first service credit union is THE BEST on the north side. The team go outside the realm of normal customer service. ALL of the staff are well trained and polite. They will help you. I have ALL of my finances with them and my first house will be theirs as well. Drop the bank and come here. This location is good fortune. I promise you won't regret.

Krystal, is an amazing associate of First Service Credit Union. She exceeds all standards of customer service. More institutions need to hire people with her passion for her job and her detail to her making sure her customers are happy. Seeing, her always makes my day brighter, she greets you with a smile and always goes above and beyond to make sure all transactions are completed to your liking. I have to also mention the professionalism of Jesus the manager, he is also very helpful and goes above and beyond for the customers of First Service Credit Union. All around a wonderful place to take your business.

Where do I begin? Jesus was Awesome. He is the Assistant Branch Manager . He was patient, clear, courteous and took a clear interest in making sure that my needs we taken care of. Even the system issues we encountered were handled promptly and with ease. I was not waiting for ever and all the issues were resolved within our phone calls. Can't thank Jesus enough for being an awesome help in getting my business bank account setup. The whole union is friendly. Krystal called to check on me just because I am a member. They both need raises and a bonus of some kind. Thanks again Jesus and Krystal for your time, customer service, and assistance with getting me setup.

I've been with FSCU for 20 years and for 20 years I have been greatly satisfied with The customer Service. So I was very happy to hear about more Branches being open. And Yet another location upon walk-in in I've always been welcomed with great customer service. The ladies that work Both here and The Woodlands location aswell are The sweetest and have always been kind and helpful. I have never had a bad banking experience in person nor by phone. You are doing an excellent Job And truly My First Service Credit Union.

Wow! I was going to pass this place after visiting two banks earlier but i decided to stop here and was blown away by the customer service and transparency that i received today. I was just stopping by for a few answers but i felt like i got approved for a loan after talking with them so i went ahead and opened my accounts. The process was easy and educational I even got my debit cards as well no waiting! Cant wait to open my business accounts. The feel of this place and service is your're our neighbor so we are glad to help you. Just wanted to say thanks to Garrett for a warm welcome and great customer service.

I was in town from Seattle and needed shared branching help with a simple cash deposit. Patrick was very helpful even though I didn't have my info completely in order. I really appreciate him and First Service coming through!
