We have used Renee’s team with Morton Mortgage for 2 houses now and plan on continuing to use them in the future. All of Renee’s staff is extremely professional and efficient. Rene Morton and her staff are a God-send!! Working with her from both sides: a Realtor and Buyer was prodigious. I could not recommend Renee Morton at Morton Mortgage enough! My family was referred to her, and we were interested in someone who was familiar with "in the loop" living. My husband and I work alternative schedules (health care field), and Renee was always available and exceptionally responsive. We worked with her across the COVID pandemic, and she was quick to meet important deadlines as well as do everything safely over the phone/virtually. This was our first time home buying experience, and we were not disappointed. From the beginning to end Renee gave us advice on our credit, sought the lowest rates, and thoroughly explained the best loan options. 10/10 recommend Morton Mortgage. First off, Renee is so nice, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for my husband and I to get our home. She gave me so much information on our first phone call and even recommended a realtor. When I tell you it really is the little things, it is. The phone calls she’s made for us, that she absolutely did not have to do. She cares deeply for her clients and that I think that’s so important. Go with someone who loves their job and it will show. To add: she even stopped by and personally gave a moving kit. So thoughtful and it definitely got used. We will recommend her to all our friends who will be looking to buy in the future.

Renee and her team are very knowledgeable. They are experts in their field and make those of us that aren't feel valued and understood when asking questions. They were patient and informative when more information or documents were needed. I appreciated the superior customer service. They genuinely seem like they love what they do and treat their customers with respect.

We used Renee to refinance our primary residence. We had previously used another company to refinance another property. While the first refi was very painful and took almost 3 months to get fully closed, Renee put ours together from start to finish in about 6 weeks with virtually no pain. Her team was on the ball and very responsive to every question. They kept us updated throughout the process with no prompting. They definitely get an A rating from us.

A little over a month ago we closed on our home and if it weren’t for Renee and her team at Morton Mortgage, I don’t know what we would have done. So, what business can you walk into, or call and after just a few things to get done have such great results!?? That would be Renee and Team at Morton Mortgage! Referred by a friend, we called and right from the start everything was handled professionally and very straightforward. We knew timing wasn’t on our side, with our particular situation, but Renee kept working on our ReFi. The market shaped up and the ball was rolling. Renee (and Madison, & Alexis) all let us know the process from initial paperwork, Home Inspection and signing at the Title company. Well worth a simple phone call to check your options on all Mortgage! I would not hesitate to work with Morton Mortgage again! Also, with her connections in the housing market not only able to get you into a new or new to you home, but can help with referrals for construction as well.

Let me start by saying that this review will not even come close to properly explaining how amazing Renee and her team are. But, I'll do my best to do them justice. We were referred to Renee originally when we bought our first house in 2014. She was so wonderful the first time we didn't hesitate to call her again for our second home. She is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and responsive. However, I think her most important attribute (that is shared with her team) is her trustworthiness. When Renee tells you she's going to do something and do it right, she'll do it. She truly cares when she gives you an answer. We have 100% faith in her and her team the job will get done timely and properly. They are on your side. It is so rare to find this type of trustworthiness in anyone or any business let alone with lending. As far as the loan process goes, she and her team are incredibly easy to work with to get everything finished in a timely fashion. Renee answered any questions we had completely and thoughtfully. No BS. We had absolutely zero issues. Even with all the craziness of buying during COVID. The team is efficient and incredibly organized. Renee has worked so incredibly hard to accomplish her goals and dreams. To that end, she truly cares about her clients. When you're a client of Renee's you're not just another loan number. This type of service is refreshing and so needed when you're under the stress of buying a new a home.
