    Had a wonderful banking experience today at the Selco Albany Oregon branch. Rachel Newell was very professional and knowledgeable about any and all of the many questions that I had about loan options for possible big future purchases. She and all of the other ladies at the Albany, Oregon Selco branch are just all the best I've had the pleasure of doing business with! Keep up the great work ladies!

    SELCO IS GREAT! As a banker, I am very familiar with banking regulations, policies and operations. The Albany SELCO Team has originated my last two auto loans as well as a personal loan. The process could not be easier!! They're quick and efficient as well as offering competitive rates. The employees are friendly and member-oriented. SELCO does a lot for our community and is an asset to the industry.

    Don't finance any large purchases using Selco! Selco was the preferred financier at a dealership nearby and they seemed to have a good rate so I went with them. And hey, they were local so it was nice to support local biz. I deeply regret not just sticking with my normal bank (USAA) for the financing though. Selco's customer service was horrible; first I wasn't able to enroll in their online payment portal so I had to mail paper checks- which as a millennial was the only time I've ever mailed payments via USPS, so I guess I learned a new skill that I should have known anyway. When I was finally able to enroll in the online portal it was incredibly difficult just to login and to navigate. I feel like every time I called or had a question it was a painful experience. This experience became one of the greatest regrets of my mid 20's and is now a common joke among my close circle of family/friends, as in "don't get Selco'd".
