I had 10,000 dollars in my savings for a new vehicle. I didn’t know that they need a day in advance for me to pull the cash out. They let me pull the full amount with short notice with no hesitation!!

Horrible experience. Went in for help with finances and she didn't listen to me at all. Rejected my needs and basically told me too bad so sad.

Selco is the best. I have been there for many years. They have always been there for me through good times and bad. They treat you like family. God bless them. Sharon ❤

A whole bank full of employees and only one was helping customers. Was not acknowledged or assisted after a 10 min wait so I left. Was only there for a signature to finishing opening a business checking account. Horrible customer service.

I think they should offer a visa rewards card like every other credit union. I feel like they should have better fraud protection on accounts to. My son was scammed and they are making him pay it back. Only good thing I can say is that the Thurston Branch have very friendly tellers.

It's no wonder why they don't have a five star review. I gave them proof of insurance on an auto loan and that's not good enough, they want to see that they are the lien holders.

I went into Celko today to open up a new account. This is my second time in the last week and being at the division location. Both times, I was there for almost 20 minutes and no one talked to me. I am now going to go to a different bank and open a new account. The customer service is nonexistent. Wouldn’t recommend

Got paid our state taxes to do an amazing job of bungling basic customer service and efficiency to leave people out in 100° heat for hours before being turned away because the funds were dispensed to other locations and people. Could have had people out there handing out paperwork, helping get it filled out, counting people and giving general estimates on how many grants they had instead of having people - some with infants - wait all day with no word or coordination or RESPECT. Manager didn't take any responsibility for mishandling funds or staffing or basic human decency.

2nd time in 8 weeks that the ATM has had problems taking cash deposits. Just had to file a discrepancy with my bank to get the funds corrected. I called the branch directly and got short/rude remarks from the rep that helped me. Sad part is that I have an account with them which I reiterated to the representative which suddenly made her act a lot nicer. I will be leaving Selco and going to Oregon Community Credit Union. They should offer better service if they want more customers. They are a lot more banks around that are willing to earn your business and my money is just as good somewhere else.
