Patty was excellent and very detail oriented. She was so helpful. I went to the branch for a checking and savings account, and walked out with understanding and reassurance. Patty did a great job in putting together our accounts into our family trust. It was time consuming but it needed to be done. She was cordial and very professional. Very detailed in processing the paper work. I'm very pleased to have work with her.

Service is great but the ATMs hardly ever allow you to withdrawal. No matter the amount. I have a problem every single time with at least one and the last couple times it’s been both terminals. Always getting the error message that the transaction isn’t permitted at the terminal. It’s really frustrating when you need to get money and the bank is closed. editing because the manager called me after leaving this review and explained to me why it was happening and helped me fix the issue. I appreciate that a lot.

I dont know why they do really really long time for a people, im depos money, they do more 2 hours 😵💫😵💫, i said back my money, they get me not enough money, tell me wait they get back more my money, i dont have time, im so busy busy

Need both people present with ID to deposit an already properly endorsed check... Absolutely ridiculous, I shouldn't need to bring the whole family out just run to the bank.

I had three different representatives help me that day (two by phone and one in person). All were very helpful. The last phone rep I spoke with made arrangements for me at the branch for my transactions and it helped tremendously. The rep at the bank was great to work with as well.

It was a complete personalized experience working with Denise Coburn. She is a professional in every sense of the manner. She is very knowledgeable about the CD's that I already own and the new ones I was opening. She was able to answer and EXPLAIN all my questions and concerns and provide additional information. She helped me understand my options which helped me make better decisions about my money! She is very pleasant and personable and makes you feel like family as soon as you meet her. Denise Coburn at SSFCU’s Schertz location is a superb example of professional, high-quality customer-service assistance. I was having issues with the other institution involved in an IRA transfer. They were most unhelpful. Denise was the diametrical opposite: available, engaged, communicative, helpful, charming, pro-active and organized. She wasn’t afraid to work the issue with me. She reached out to me multiple times and to the other institution despite their contrariness. She found a solution and the situation was finally under control. She deserves a promotion, a raise, or paid time off: ALL OF THE ABOVE!! I can vouch for the importance of top notch customer service. SSFCU's staff are always professional and courteous, and most are helpful. Denise Coburn stands out at the top. She's a beautiful example of what a company should be when it interfaces with its customers/the public.

Went in to get my son his first bank account and I must say the experience was truly amazing. We were assisted by a young lady named Patty who was truly a breath of Fresh Air. A perfect balance of professional and personal!! She was able to explain all the baking details to my son without losing his attention while keeping the conversation engaging. I live in the downtown area of San Antonio but because of this incredible service I received here I Will pass 3 Security Service banks just to work with Patty and the Schertz team.

I had an amazing experience with Representative, Devin McCroy, today when I had to come in for a new debit card. He has excellent customer service skills, extremely friendly, very nice and was unbelievably professional while helping me very quickly and efficiently.
