My husband and I visited this location for a loan application, where we were Blessed to meet Ashley Macias. She helped us with the whole process from start to a successful finish. Her personal attention and guidance through our process was beyond helpful and appreciated. Ashley showed leadership, supervisor professionalism and outstanding customer service. I was helped by the wonderful Angelica Salaiz. She greeted me when I entered and made the process of getting a loan painless. She was super nice and knew exactly what she was doing. Brittany Traylor was exceptional. She was very considerate and helpful opening my second account. The debit card was down and she offered to mail the debit card but I chose to come in the next day. She was so kind to follow up with me the next day letting me know the machine was working the next day. I was told I could come in at my convience and my debit card would be issued. Excellent customer service and kindness. Brittany is AWSOME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. She was very considerate helping me with my physical disability and all my needs.

I went in today to get a notarization done and from the front desk to Christine Acosta, the experience was a little long but wonderful! Not only that, I remembered a needed another piece of information as I was finishing up and Christine took my information and just called to clarify what was happening with answering my question. I believe this to be above and beyond service and she did it all with a caring attitude. I totally appreciate that!

Security Service and their team is always a big +(plus) in my book. I showed up one day about an hour and a half to closing to open a new account and yes they have a good smart staff. Not helpful, does not protect your identity what so ever. Was supposed to send statements electronically and I have to continuously remind them to do so. To get a hold of an appropriate person to speak about issues is a nightmare. Do not recommend and ready to close account ASAP!

We had an incredible experience taking care of business with Francis Powell at this location. We showed up later than we should have with a long-winded and complicated request having to do with the money side of a stressful mortgage process. Francis made us both feel a ton better about everything. She treated us with kindness, acted like we weren't a burden at all, and made our day overwhelmingly better. Both my girlfriend and I cannot express how thankful we are to Security Service and this wonderful employee.
