Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Northwest Loop, San Antonio

What a horrible service and experience… After waiting in line with my 11 month old baby and being pregnant. The teller didn’t even waste her time to help me proceed with my transaction, gave the wrong information about the bank services, and made me leave to another Bank of America branch where they proceed with no issue my transaction being better dedicated and pleasant. Also try to call them later to understand or make a complaint, just waited and waited on the phone and simply like that the machine hung up on me. Such a disappointment!

Banks closed with hours posted that says they are open… no sign… 2 fed ex I missed you notes and 3 from UPS. And they just updated Google to say closed… just wanna throw that out there :)

One star is one star too many. Can not get them to pick up the phone. I tried for about 10 minutes earlier today. Right this minute I have now been on the phone for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up.

Great customer service and professionally done i was assisted correctly and walked away happily.

Ms. Lucy was extremely helpful! She quickly got the job done and her personality and customer service is out of this world. Out of all the Bank of Americas I've been to, I would only return to this one to be helped by Ms. Lucy!

I met with Elda and she gave me a whole new experience about the bank. She was patient and kind. She answered my questions professionally too.

Very Good service and customer care . They took care of my accounts and queries very well. staff is well mannered and helpful.

I came here with my elderly disabled mom to make a cash deposit to pay her credit card. The teller line is long so I go to the banking representative and explain the situation. I ask if she could help so that we don't have to wait. She was doing nothing! She promptly said NO and directed me back to the teller. This is why I don't bank here. POOR FORM Hi Phil thanks for your reply. I appreciate you directing me to your "mobile app" but I needed service in person and the customer service was terrible. My review stands. I returned on 3/3/21 with mom and there have been no changes in their treatment of customers! AWEFUL!

I love the staff at this location. I go every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 2 years now. My job requires me to make deposits Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.They are so professional. Yes its busy but they do work non stop taking customer after customer. Every single time I have been there someone comes to the line to offer assistance at the ATM if needed. So many of the customers are so disrespectful using very bad language and yelling at them. They continue to work with a smile on their face .I just want you all to know I appreciate you.

Came in and suddenly greet with one of the bank relationship bankers. Took me in the office after I explained what I needed for my business and needed to make a credit check deposit today. The banker Riley took my documents and got it processed as quickly as possible. He followed the right procedure as I expected as I got my business done here in breeze less than 15 minutes. I walked out of the the bank satisfied with the location and the customer service they provided. I've done these deposit before. Unlike the Bank of America on Bandera which the teller didn't know what to do and were not helpful at all. Even the relationship banker said the check was approved. I recommended this location to do your bank business.
