If it could give 10 stars, I would! I have banked with Firstmark for years and never had any issues. Recently I started my own small business and went in to open a business account and also refinance our auto loan. Over the span of two days, Colin and Crystal both helped me accomplish these two things smoothly, efficiently, and with great consideration to my convenience as a work from home mom of two very young children. “Above and beyond” is an understatement, and as long as I’m in SA, Firstmark will always be my bank of choice!

This location was completely torn down and rebuilt and it's horrible now! They only have 2 lanes that are for both teller and ATM. It's ridiculous, the old building they had before had so many more teller lanes and separate ATM lanes. I'm gonna close my account and take my business elsewhere. I'm absolutely telling everyone I know not to bank here.

I worked with Crystal to refinance my vehicle and she made the process so easy! She is amazing and doing great work here! Thank you Crystal😊

This place is not my usual banking spot. I only had used the drive thru but, that was years ago. This place had a complete make over much so that I had overlooked it at first. Then I realized it was still Firstmark CU. Oh wow! and it is awesome. Very Chic! I have no idea but wonder how do they know how to pick the employee that just fits. On the phone or in person they all are very friendly knowledgeable, Professional and do their best to get your needs met and questions answered. The young lady that helped me got me right on track. She's very professional, friendly, easy going, listened and understood me.. She smiled thru the whole process. I was so happy to have stopped there. 😊

Mary Ann did a great job informing me of the accounts and options of membership. She went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with a vehicle loan application. It was a wonderful initial experience with Firstmark!

Christopher and Mary were extremely rude. Also, allowed me to withdraw from their bank 3 times without a social security card but then required on the 4th time. Had no compassion whatsoever for the mistake they had made obviously. Refused to then allow me to withdraw once I showed my social. Have contacted the compliance department, 2 managers and sent email to the VP. I never leave bad reviews but this inconvenienced me for 24-48 hours. 0 stars for specifically Christopher and Mary Jane (she had a terrible attitude and probably shouldn’t work in customer service if she doesn’t know how to handle customers. Will leave a review every day until they are reprimanded for how they treated me!

New building may be beautiful but the drive thru set up is horrible. Only 2 lanes that have both the teller and ATM so close together that you can not use them apart from eachother. Instead you have to wait in long lines to just be able to use the ATM. About 30 minutes or more in line. Then when they call you to ask about the experience they recommend options that are of no use to someone needing the ATM.

I had the pleasure of Summer helping me with opening up my account today! Very knowledgeable and friendly she was! As a matter of fact the whole staff while I was there was very friendly. I highly recommend this location to open up a account!

Great location! All the staff is super nice and helpful! I loved the layout! We had a fairly complicated transaction and the staff walked the person assisting us over some of the documents, as a former supervisor, I was impressed with the guidance and explanations she gave her team member! I came back the next day and opened my own checking and savings and received the same service from a different member. The only complaint I had was the systems were running slow both days, however their acknowledgment of that and customer service e made up for that! Great location!
