I had been a customer to this branch for years and the customer service is great, no complaints- but this week they went above and beyond in customer service!! Mr. Nathon and Ms. Vannesa went above and beyond. He engaged a nice conversation, he is a new hire.... Oh boy thanks for helping me! Both were respectful, cordial, customer service driven and helped me to print a paper work bank related for my mom that I need it, they save me time, money and the impact of that paper work have will help my mom to get her things situated. I really appreciate you both of you, other branches should follow their example!

Starting to search for another bank. The drive thru teller called me and accused me of stealing the teller canister from the drive thru after picking up a cashiers check. She called me while I WAS SITTING IN THE LOBBY OF THE BANK. When I got my what I needed from inside. The man who gave me my card was laughing, like it was amusing to him they thought that I stole it. I had my sister check the drive thru to see if it fell from me putting it back and it wasn't on the floor. They replaced it with a new one, but way to go on accusing a customer of being a thief. I have never been so upset with a banking institution, I better not have a charge on my account for something I didn't take.

NFCU is an awesome financial institution. I've never had an issue. Utilizing the phone app makes things so much easier. Banking is all in the palm of your hands. I have 3 vehicles financed thru NFCU. My wife and I decide on a particular vehicle, All it takes is a simple phone call from my cell and BAM!!! Approved with in 5 - 10 minutes, no exaggeration. The first time I called to inquire about applying for a vehicle loan...thats all I was doing, inquiring..after my name and social I had a YOU'RE APPROVED"!... All while the dealership salesman was in the finance office . It literally took me no more than 10 minutes. 30 minutes later the salesman comes out and says, we're still working on getting a response. I advised the salesman no need to worry my bank has already sent/faxed a letter of approval and it should be in the finance office. He too was surprised. Easy as 1-2-3. Love it!! I've done the same with 2 other vehicles . Every agent I've dealt with has been super professional and super helpful, always willing to help in any way possible to meet your financial needs. Consider me a lifer. 😉 Go Navy!

This is tough, because some tellers and staff are very accommodating and some are clueless and have an attitude, that’s what we, in the military call “SNAFU.”. But my biggest complaint by far is the horrible phone tree I have to navigate just to complete a simple transaction. It took ten minutes and many attempts even though I entered all necessary info promptly. Terrible hardly covers how bad the phone transactions are; and that’s what’s known as “FUBAR.”

One financial advisor working. We brought in our 85-year old family member and it was an awful experience. There did not even appear to be a Branch Manager or someone who could come help provide additional support with the volume of people waiting. She sat there in pain for two hours waiting for checks to pay her rent. Navy Federal Credit Union, hire more people! I've never seen such terrible service and never expected this from you! Very disappointed.

After personally witnessing how one of their members was mistreated and denied access to his own account and money I would never even consider having anything to do with this credit union.

We love Navy Federal Credit Union, however if you need something taken care of in house you should plan to wait a awhile. Each time we go to this location and need to speak to a banker there is always a huge wait. When are finally helped they are nice but just be prepared to wait and have little privacy to discuss your issue. Since the store is so small they use a lot of space to waiting customers so its easy to hear conversations that you really shouldn't

Customer service is outstanding on most days but yesterday was a different story. As I walk up bank teller was already discussing something else with another teller, did not give me her whole attention and was typing information while asking me what I needed. Did not ask me my code word, and had to verify 2-3 times which account I needed my money from. After that, I had to stand there for 3 minutes to watch and hear her type a letter or email that had nothing to do with me. The whole entire transaction was basically her looking at her computer and typing 150 wpm.... This was totally unacceptable.

The walk-up ATM at the front of the building is terrible. The keypad is completely exposed to the left and to the right. To the left are cars going through the drive thru and to the right is the glass entrance where someone can stand just inside the entrance with tinted windows and watch you complete your transaction. So basically, if the drive thru ATM is closed go to a different bank.
