an absolutely psychotic service. how is this legal? mailing actual check to people with terms describing that it’s a loan? reporting this insanity to the bbb. practices like this need to be banned across the board. only 80% interest! lol. cash our 1400$ check and pay us 2200 back! 😂🤬🖕

They have been like a second family. Always trying to work with me and letting me know when I have more cash available. They have pulled me out of some tight spots and I would highly recommend them. Pleasant, polite, fun, and all around great people.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been dealing with this company for not even a year and I regret every minute of it. I got a loan, and have been late maybe once or twice. I’ve always setup payment arrangements and had the audacity to let them know I’d be late. They then explain that they cannot setup a payment arrangement and told me I have to pay it. They then call my number multiples a day, harassing me, explaining to me that I need to pay it before it’s due. I explained my situation and they then continue to tell me I have to pay. If you’re into being harassed, and called multiple times a day, then go with them. Other than that, don’t make the mistake I did because you’ll end up paying double the amount you borrow.

They are great people. You just have to communicate your issues with them. They have a very tough job!!!

Exactly what I was expecting once inside and was accommodated accordingly: prompt and professional, friendly service with all safety & health protocols established also. Jesus and Belinda are cool and businesslike. I look forward to working with them in the months and, perhaps, years to come. Also...common sense here: pay your installment on time, every time, keep your line of communication open with each end, and YOU WON'T HAVE A THING TO WORRY ABOUT. Bottom line. (For ALL)

Pay on time and u don't have to worry about them calling u. I guess if u can't pay then don't get a loan from them. I had a great experience and have every time I've been there.

This is the absolute horrible business. I was late on my payment and they called 8 times in one day, a total of 47 times in 1 week. On one of the voice mails they forgot to hang up the phone and they were talking crap about me and even called me a b****, this went on for 3 min until my voice mail shut off. I told the manager Holly and her assistant I could not make the payment, two days before it was even due and I would be in the following Friday when I got paid. I walked in paid off my account and will never go again. They harassed me and be little me. I would not have given them a star if it didn't make me. This company discussed me.

Worst customer service ive ever had on a loan company. Ive delt with about 10 loan companys in the area. They are the deffinition of a loan shark. Dont get a loan here. They have fees on top of fees and you think its cheaper but its really not. I missed one payment and they blow up my phone telling me they are going to collect on me making threatening stements. Being reported to BBB.
