SDCCU Santee Branch Town Center Pkwy, Santee

I just switched to Discover Bank and anyone who is at SDCCU currently would absolutely love it. Discover's customer service department is MILES BETTER!!! Before Covid, Discover had interest rates of 2% while SDCCU had 0.05% that's about 40 times more money every month for just sitting there. I highly recommend switching.

I have been a member here for almost 30 years. Never have I seen the service at this location be so ridiculously slow. My teller, teller 3490 was so incredible slow and took her precious time ..... not saying that she had to run around to complete my transaction, just that spending over 20 minutes in the building, with 1 customer ahead of me in line, with three tellers open, is too long. I can walk into the El Cajon branch, with 10 people in line and be back out the door in less than 10 minutes..... santee SDCCU, get your act together..... ridiculous......

It may not be “big bank banking” but there’s nothing better about it!! Only thing important to SDCCU are the numbers. No compassion for the little guy after years of my loyalty. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

During a situation involving identity theft SDCCU agents gave me wrong information and the bank manager not only refused to release my direct deposit after my account had been fraudulently used, but also the bank us charging me fees for translations that I never authorised. Even after filing a police report about tube fraud and identity theft SDCCU won't make things right. They're victimizing me just as badly as the thrives. Not only would I not recommend SDCCU, but the sheriffs deputy said he's heard this before with them and even he wouldn't use them. Shame on SDCCU for victimizing their customers instead of protecting them.

This branch has gone down hill. Service is terrible. I live in Santee and will travel to the La Mesa branch if I ever need to.

I received excellent information from Rhonda at SDCCU Santee about rolling over my retirement account. She is their financial advisor. I had first been to Mission Fed where they knew nothing and promptly referred me to a third party whom I was told works with them 99% of the time since they do nothing "in house" for retirement. Having accounts with both my decision was easy. Today I will go in to open my account I prefer appointments to waiting around!

They will take your money and say its not their fault because they dont post transactions in the order they are made. Will be condescending to you with a smile on their face as if they enjoy taking money from you while pretending they are the friendly neighborhood bank they pretend to be. STEER CLEAR. Better off going to a big bank because this one does not care about you as a person.

Good banking. Do not personally have an account with this bank, just have my truck loan here. Customer Service is actually a very welcoming at the Santee location. Very helpful and understanding on question one has.

Neither myself or my daughter have been able to access our online banking for 3 weeks now. They keep saying it is an IT problem and they are working on it. Ridiculous!!! I am taking my money elsewhere now. Horrible bank.
